The purchase of the Product from the Parties should not be perceived as authorization to reproduce, replicate or have other uses as stated above for the information, the Product or other materials located within this site. Once more, if copyright and/or trademark infringement occurs, legal action will be brought upon the seller and purchaser of the copyrighted and/or trademark material.

This policy is 100% non-negotiable and considered a "zero tolerance" policy.

Data Security

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted and voluntary. Purchasing of the Product from the Parties requires redirection to a secure shopping cart which is owned and operated by PayPal. The Parties are not responsible for the security of data you submit to PayPal during the purchasing process but instead, you are now subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions along with any other agreements they require.

When Sending Email

By sending the Parties an electronic mail (e-mail) message, you may be sending personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, etc. the Parties may store the name, address, e-mail address, etc. of the requester in order to respond to their request or otherwise resolve the subject matter of the e-mail. Under limited circumstances, including requests from Congress or private individuals, the Parties may be required by law to disclose the information you submit. At no point will your information be sold or handed over to a second or third party without legal cause and/or your permission.

Remember that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive, or includes personal information like your Social Security Number, you might want to send it by postal mail instead. However, the Parties will never request such sensitive material as your Social Security Number, credit card number(s), etc.

Acceptance of Order

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Parties acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Parties offer to sell. The Parties reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons are directed exclusively to the recipients and are non-transferrable. In an event a coupon is misused in this manner, the Parties reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or compete denial of the order. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. The Parties may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Shipments

After you have placed an order through www.SmokinPhotos.org please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. As soon as the Parties receives your order it will be sent for processing upon approval. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after you submit them. However, at times, there are unseen circumstances that may delay your order in being shipped and the Parties will make every effort able to notify you of any changes.

If it is known that there will be a delay, over 10 business days, with your order then the Parties will notify you. Once your order is shipped you will be notified once again. Once shipped the Parties has no control over the time it takes for your order to reach you. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days and you have not been notified by the Parties of a delay, it is then your responsibility to notify the Parties of your situation. At which time the Parties will deal with the issue and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. Purchase of insurance for your order is optional and the Parties is not liable in any way for lost, damaged, stolen or any other reason for the item not arriving as the Parties shipped it to the purchaser.

Sales Tax

If the order is shipped within the state of Arizona, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge (the Parties offers free shipping for all orders). No tax will be collected on items with a valid shipping address outside of Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

America's VetDogs® The Veteran's K-9 Corps®

SmokinPhotos® and America's VetDogs® The Veteran's K-9 Corps® have no business connection with each other. SmokinPhotos® receives no monitary gain of any kind through providing an annual donation to America's VetDogs® and provides the annual donation to support the efforts of assisting disabled veterans that America's VetDogs® performs. The amount of the annual donation provided by SmokinPhotos® is equal or greater to the net proceeds gained through the sale of printed photographs purchased at www.SmokinPhotos.org/gallery.html.

Returns & Exchanges

- All returns or exchanges for undamaged and resellable items must be made within 30 days of receipt or no refund or exchange will be provided.

- Contact SmokinPhots to verify you are elligable for a full refund or exchange.

- The customer will be responsible for returning the merchandise with the included return lable or cost will be covered by customer.

- All returns or exchanges must be insured by customer for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free.

- If items are damaged in transit, as the "shipper" you will be responsible for filing the claim.

- Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in resellable condition.

- SmokinPhotos does not refund the cost of shipping on any returns or exchanges (currently offering free shipping on purchases).

- Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise by the Parties.

- Credits currently require that the purchaser purchases the Product(s) by requesting them through email at SmokinPhotos.org.

Legal Validity of this Disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
